About The R.O.C. Center

Primary Care Practice & Sexual Health located in Houston, TX and Louisiana, New Orleans, LA

The R.O.C. Center offers comprehensive healthcare in Houston, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana. Our compassionate team believes that healing starts when each person feels seen, respected, and embraced.

To achieve that connection, we take the time to focus on you and communicate. Our team specializes in gender-affirming, inclusive, and accessible care through in-person and telehealth appointments. We also provide mobile outreach and in-home testing and offer bilingual support.

We serve all children and adults in the community. However, we specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, the BIPOC community, people with HIV/AIDS, and survivors of trauma and stigma. We welcome people who are uninsured and experiencing financial hardship, offering a sliding scale and flexible payment options.

Whole-person care at The R.O.C. Center is provided in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Our partnership with the Walgreens Boots Alliance ensures expanded, value-based care.

We serve as primary care providers, offering diverse services covering the spectrum of physical, mental, and social care. Patients can schedule behavioral health, pediatrics, and women’s and men’s health appointments.

The R.O.C. Center provides transgender affirming care and LGBTQIA+ and HIV specialty care. We manage a PrEP program and DoxyPEP program. Our confidential HIV and STI testing produces results in 30 minutes so we can start prompt treatment. Patients can also receive hepatitis C and Mpox testing.

These programs and services only touch the surface of our extensive healthcare options. Two of our most recent additions are pharmacy and dental care.
